The rails on Ken's 1945 9' Brunswick Centennial were built from scratch
using Pau Ferro for the rail tops. He thought it would be
interesting to have a cue built using the same wood, green veneers & MOP
dots. The mechanic who is responsible for this outstanding work is
none other than Mark Gregory!

Here are some photos of his rails "in progress".
Here is the Pau Ferro board from which Ken's new cue would be built.
The board was ripped to provide the forearm, handle, points, buttsleeve & joint protectors. All the pieces were cut to length & rough turned to hasten the seasoning process.
Eventually, the cue started taking shape. The parts were assembled, inlays machined & pockets cut...

Ken was kind enough to provide a few photos of the cue on his finished table!
Thanks, Ken, for the opportunity to build this cue.
